Katy Morgan

I've always been a fitness fanatic. Starting in high school I was on the varsity cheerleading team, gymnastics, and track. After high school, I trained for two half marathons.
A couple years later I went for my 200 hour yoga instructor certification under my mentor Jenny Schuck. I taught numerous yoga classes and private lessons throughout Westchester County.
I didn't want to stop there with my education towards fitness..
I later pursued my personal training and received my National Academy of Sports Medicine Certificate.
I have realized through my fitness journey that I wanted to help others achieve a well balanced lifestyle that allows people to be healthy and happy.
My focus is to get the client to achieve their fitness goals so they can feel strong and confident. I believe functional movements, flexibility, and strength will get the results you are looking for.
